London-based AI infrastructure firm Nscale is in talks to raise about $3.5 billion ahead of a possible September IPO, selling convertible notes and seeking financing from Nvidia. Founded in 2024, the neocloud was valued at $14.6 billion in March and holds a $45 billion compute deal with Anthropic.
